Here’s a quick and tasty snack.
Just cut up pineapple into small chunks then add cinnamon and maple syrup to taste. Enjoy!
This is one of my favorite breakfast dishes. It also makes a great pre workout or pre race meal for athletes.
Preheat a frying pan on medium heat. Add about a table spoon of coconut oil. You can add more if needed while cooking to keep potatoes from sticking.
Cut potatoes into thin slices.
Place slices in frying pan and cook until they start to brown.
Add sea salt and maple syrup.
