Raw hemp seeds
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Half of a can of coconut milk
Raw sprouted brown rice protein
Raw sliced almonds
Here’s a super easy meal to make… and kids love it too.
Heat up your frying pan on medium heat. Rinse and press as much liquid out of the tofu as you can. Put some coconut oil to the pan to keep tofu from sticking. Add in the tofu and stir/flip occasionally. Cook until it starts to brown. Add a few shakes of seasoning for desired flavor.
For the wrap I used gf rice tortillas. You can either heat them up a bit on the stove or throw them in the microwave for about 20 seconds to soften up.
Put the tofu in the wrap and serve.
